1. ผู้ที่เข้าร่วมทัวร์ จะต้องมีสภาวะทางด้านร่างกาย และ จิตใจพร้อม เพื่อการขับขี่ปลอดภัย ดังนั้น จะต้องไม่ดื่มเครื่องดื่มที่มีแอลกอฮอล์ ไม่เสพสิ่งเสพติด ไม่อยู่ในระหว่างการตั้งครรภ์ และไม่มีปัญหาทางด้านสุขภาพร่างกาย
2. เด็กอายุ 8-15 ปี ที่ขับขี่เอทีวี จะต้องได้รับการดูแลควบคุมจากผู้ปกครอง/ผู้ดูแล/ไกด์/ครูฝึกสอนและมีครูเอทีวีคุมกัน เพื่อการตัดสินใจที่ถูกต้อง ในกรณีที่เจอเส้นทางที่ยากลำบาก
3. เด็กอายุ 8-15 ปีไม่อนุญาตให้เข้าร่วมทัวร์เอทีวี 4WDโดยไม่มีผู้ปกครองหรือผู้ดูแล
4. ต้องสวมอุปกรณ์เพื่อความปลอดภัย เช่น หมวกกันน๊อค ถุงมือ เสื้อแจ๊คเก็จชูชีพ เป็นต้น
5. ระหว่างทัวร์ กรุณาปฏิบัติตามไกด์/ครูฝึกสอน อย่างเคร่งครัด เพื่อความปลอดภัย เรามีสิทธิ์ที่จะห้ามปรามการกระทำที่เสี่ยง หรือไม่เคารพต่อชาวบ้าน หากมีกรณีเหล่านี้เกิดขึ้นจะไม่มีการคืนเงินใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น
6. ประกันภัยจะจ่ายค่าเสียหายให้ เมื่อคนขับ และผู้โดยสารจ่ายเงินครบถ้วน แต่ค่าเสียหานี้จะไม่ครอบคุมค่าเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นกับรถเอทีวี
7. โปรแกรมทัวร์ เอทีวีทั้งหมด เราจัดมาสำหรับการเดินทางทั้งในช่วงวันที่มีฝนตก มีแดดออกหากคุณไม่ชอบความเปียกชื้นหรือฝนตก กรุณาพิจารณาใหม่อีกครั้งก่อนการสั่งจอง
8. การยกเลิก
- ทำการยกเลิกก่อนเวลา 18.00 น. ก่อนวันเดินทาง คืนเงินเต็มจำนวน
- ยกเลิกในวันเดินทางจะต้องจ่ายค่าปรับทั้งหมดเต็มจำนวนราคาทั้งหมด
9. ผู้เข้าร่วมทัวร์ทุกท่านจะต้องอ่าน และ ยอมรับกฎกติกาต่างๆ ที่เคาท์เตอร์ทัวร์ ก่อนทำโปรแกรม
